Amazon does not use Whatsap or Viber so those systems are useless for simple international long distance. Some do not offer 1-800 dialing options so is there a simple service that provides this with the least amount of cost?

It seems to provide exactly the service I need: landline connection worldwide, though it appears to provide a local number to call which then links to the international number one needs, so if local calls are expensive the costs may still rack up, but the local number is not a premium number so maybe OK.
